Stephen Kierniesky

Born and raised in area code 717 (Gettysburg, PA), I've also lived in 503 (Portland, OR), 504 (New Orleans, LA), and 505 (Albuquerque, NM). I currently live in 512 (Austin, TX). I have been to 60 countries and photography has been my sidekick along the way. I used to take photos of everything, now it's pretty much all birds, all the time. At its simplest I'm trying to capture a fraction of a second of an ephemeral experience I've had, so that I can re-live it again.
